FAQs

Who is this for?

Dubsado is designed to fit any creative business, but I specialise specifically in the bridal hair & make-up industry. It doesn't matter where you are in your business, whether you're a start up or a seasoned professional.

How long does it take to complete a Dubsado setup?

The Dubsado Setup includes 8 hours in total of Zoom calls, divided into separate sessions. After each zoom call there will be some 'homework' for you to do based on what we've learnt in that session, so I do recommend blocking out some time in your calendar after each session for this. It can be completed in as little as 2 weeks, but we can work at a pace to suit you and your schedule.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I offer three payment plans.

1. Pay in full (best value) - full payment is due upon signing the contract.

2. 50/50 - the first instalment is due upon signing the contract, the second instalment is due 1 month after signing the contract.

3. Pay in 3 - the first instalment is due upon signing the contract, the next two instalments are monthly thereafter.

What payment methods do you accept?

I offer payments through Square using credit/debit cards.

Do you provide support once the setup is complete?

Yes! After we have completed your Dubsado setup, I am available for 30 days of support to answer questions as you implement the system with your clients. If you require updates or changes to your set up, you will need to book a Dubsado Support Call.

I already use Dubsado. Do you have a cheaper setup option?

The basic answer is, no. If you have a blank account that you started setting up yourself and got stuck, then we should be able to work with it. If you have some basic things set up on there that you just want to advance on, this will actually be more complex trying to repurpose all the existing pieces.

Do I need to have a website to have Dubsado?

No! A website is helpful, but you don't HAVE to have it to start using Dubsado. You can link to your new Dubsado enquiry forms and appointment schedulers via emails, link tree & social media profiles.

When is the best time to start?

If you're ready to start seeing the benefits of systems and automation in your business, then there is no time like the present! However, you are a busy bridal artist - and so am I! That's why I do these setups in the low wedding season months. It's the best time for you to schedule some time in your diary to focus on implementing your new Dubsado setup ready for your next peak season!

Do I need a computer?

Yes, you'll need a laptop or computer for the setup. Dubsado does have a mobile app which is great for on-the-go but you will want to do most of your admin tasks on the computer, or iPad/tablet.
